slight problem: this breaks multiline js statements in onXXX handlers.

e.g: 
<span onmouseover="this.style.color='red'
 this.style.backgroundColor='blue'">foo</span>

real world example:
http://www.mandrakeclub.com => hover and leave top menu bar items.
