FEATURE: Major improvements on KSpread's HTML export filter.
GUI: Export dialog extended.

o Ability to select which sheets to be exported.
o Ability to write each table to a new page.
o A Table Of Contents is generated on top of each page.
o New option: Choose the number of pixels between cells.
o Don't add one column and row too much.
o Don't export empty sheets.

I consider bug 37954 now as fixed. It's not exactly implemented as requested, but the \
desired goal is possible now.
