CVS commit by treat: 

* Update the sample project with a new virtual field of the Languages table
that calculates the number of speakers of a given language in the country. It
does this by multiplying Country.Population with CountryLanguage.Percentage. The
virtual field is rendered with blue text on the edit form of the Languages table.
