Well, I got several complaints by users that disliked the new recipients
editor because it makes it a little bit more difficult to add CCs to a
mail than the previous implementation. How do we find out what the
majority of users actually wants?

One possible solution to the problem could be to not only provide one
empty recipient line edit, but two, one with "to" and one with "cc", so
adding CCs is only one "cursor down" away. This might make all users
happy.
