Why that? I don't think this change is backed by the 20% rule (or 
whatever the percentage is), i.e. it's not useful to more than 20% of 
the users. In fact, the majority of users doesn't want to use CC ever. 
They want to send a message _to_ several people and not _to_ one person 
and _cc_ n-1 people. Please revert.
