CVS commit by mthaler: 

Updated the crop tool. It works now the same way the crop tool in the gimp works.

* a selection has handles
* the upper left and the lower right handle let you change the size of the selection
* the upper right and the lower left handle let you change the position of the selection
* pressing crop crops the image
