Hm, there's a bug left though: assume urlA is redirected to urlB. When a 
lister holds the incomplete urlB and then starts to list urlA with keep=true 
we will end up with lister having two entries in urlsCurrentlyHeld. But I'm 
too tired to fix that right now.

The code has still some TODOs left, but it should work in 99,99% of the cases.
