Well, Catalog hacking. A linear, stable improvement, just as it should be. Lots of \
bugs fixed, small extensions etc:

* Added Catalog::clear(), cached the replacement length in Entry
* Added 40 tests in catalogTest.cc which exercises the implementation/API. All \
                passes, but tons of typos had to be fixed first.
* Added copy ctor, comparision op, etc to Entry
