CVS commit by teske: 

Replace the generic popup menu for the top level item of the bookmark sidebar 
with something sane.

The old menu had:
	Open in New Window (broken)
	Open in New Tab	(broken)
	Copy Link Location (seems broken)
	Rename (worked but removed)
	Delete Link (I can't think of a situation where it's useful=>removed)
	Properties (worked, but can't see why it should be there)

The new menu has:
	Open Folder in new Tabs (opens every bookmark, not that useful)
	Create New Folder (guess)
	Edit Bookmarks (opens KEditBookmark)

	and it now closely resembles that of a normal folder.
