I do not know how it will affect generated docs, as we don't actually generate 
anything currently. But it could be a good idea to do so, to create some sort 
of 'kate developers handbook'. Incorrect usage will potentially lead to 
confusing or senseless results. 

Using doxygen syntax just to get the text colored in the editor is abuse, and 
IMO a bad idea.
