o When you drop a file on a agenda item, create an attachment instead of adding an attendee. 
I'll try to implement this for the todoview too, but first I have to get rid of some dirty 
hacks which I have in my local copy.

o Change some preprocessor lines, because VCardDrag::decode always returns true.
