Add a Pointer type to the PlaylistItem class with guarded pointer semantics.
This is actually pretty cheap as opposed to QObject based stuff (i.e. QGuardedPtr)
and will probably be useful elsewhere.  This made it possible to pretty easily
knock out a couple crashes.
