Classes and structs are essentially the same thing in C++ just with different 
permissions.  I don't know of anything syntactically where you can use one, 
but not the other.

That said, I'm not sure that what I was doing there (accessing a private 
member from a nested class) is legal C++, so I'll probably just change it.  
Sometime.  When I actually care.  ;-)
