Fix several problems with the category edit dialog:
-) The line edit now directly edits the selected category (people often missed the \
                fact that they had to press "Modify"), bug 82359. 
-) For adding a new item, one now has to create it with "Add", and then modify it. \
                This removed the necessity to focus the "Add" or "Modify" buttons \
                (bug 73081).
-) If the user presses cancel, the list needs to be reset (the dialog will not be \
destroyed, but reused!).
