Fixes several issues:
 1) Don't set all categories to each loaded event (must be braindead when written this code)
 2) Convert allday events, so 01.01.2001-00:00 will be 01.01.2001-00:00 till 02.01.2001-00:00
 3) Use const iterators to improve performance
