* Don't crash in the cover fetcher when browsing for NextCover. This crash bug \
                demonstrates why programming c-style is dangerous! Sorry synap ;-)
* I also rearranged it a bit so the user gets annoyed less, and there is a greater \
                chance of finding a cover. It is also easier to read now.
* I also did a cover manager run to see if the cover manager stuff is stable, seems \
to be.
