don't rename kicker's dcop ref "kasbar" just because we load up a kasbar
extension.

i'm not sure if this was done for the stand alone mode (in which case it
really should be done via the KAboutData in main()) or if this was intended
for "kasbar is the main panel" mode (though i doubt it since this change
was made back in august 04?) ... in any case, whatever the intention here
was / is, it needs to be addressed in some fashion.

`dcop kasbar-5014 '' restart` is a bit odd =)
