CVS commit by pfeifle:

This is the last page from the kprinter 'Properties' dialog that was
missing proper 'WhatsThis' explanations. The 'Poster' tab is now
hosting its own mini-documentation that should enable people to print
tiled posters with the help of KDEPrint.

----

With this commit, all elements of kprinter are now
    "WhatsThis-complete"!

Thanks go to Aaron J. Seigo who published the tutorial about the adding
of WhatsThis items: "A Non-Programmer's Guide to Participating in KDE,
part 1" ( http://urbanlizard.com/~aseigo/whatsthis_tutorial/ ). This
tutorial got me on track. I, like many, am now dearly missing parts 2,
3, 4 and 5 of that series, which Aaron seems to be still working on ;-)

I re-worked most of the texts from the last KDE release, and included
some more markup, to make them better readable. I am sure that, given
more time. the texts could be made even better. Giving explanations to
users about complicated dialogs and options so that they can use it is
an art for itself. My experience was, that none of my first wordings
survived for long, and in many cases I re-wrote it completely before I
accepted it for myself as useful. But, maybe, I just suck in coming up
with a good initial suggestion.

Still, the texts as they are now committed are quite useful, and may
even save you from reading more extensive documentation.

I also have now universally included hints about how KDEPrint widgets
are mapping to CUPS command line parameters, where applicable. The
standard text for such hints appears at the lower end of the WhatsThis
pane. It reads:

"*Additional hint for power users:* This KDEPrint GUI element
matches with the CUPS commandline job option parameter: ...."

If people start to investigate the kprinter WhatsThis items now, they
will discover a few cool 'new' features in KDEPrint -- even if the
'newness' is nearly 3 years old in itself :-).

Well, I asked already someone who knows KDEPrint since a long time --
-- he was astonished about a few things it can do since day 1, and which
he only discovered by proof-reading my WhatsThis drafts. And he is going
to now include a kprinter demo at his FOSDEM presentations. And no, he
is *not* a KDE developer. Not yet. ;-)

Please check it out. I may have missed a few widgets and let them go
without WhatsThis help. Tell me if you find one, and let me know if you
think an explanation is not clear, and how it could be improved.

---

My last few days of commits combined are a partial fix for bug # 97577. I
could not complete the rest of KDEPrint's WhatsThis-es as intended due to
my gross connectivity problems of the last 7 days. That has to wait a bit
more, until after the next string freeze is over.
