The "HP-GL/2" tab is now complete with WhatsThis help. I also changed the
wording for the hints about the matching CUPS commandline options to:

   "Additional hint for power users: This KDEPrint GUI element 
    matches with the CUPS commandline job option parameter: ...."

I will change this on all previous commits too. (I am sure if people start
to investigate the WhatsThis now, they will discover a few cool 'new'
features in KDEPrint -- even if the 'newness' is nearly 3 years old already.
Well, I asked already someone who knows KDEPrint since a long time -- he
was astonished about a few things it can do since day 1. And he is going to
demo kprinter now at FOSDEM. And no, he is not a KDE developer. Not yet. ;-)
