OK.. here's a novelty, working source navigation history!

Details:
# Only source navigation history is kept. This means that If you for some reason 
use KDevelop to watch your image collection, it won't keep track of your steps.
# Of course, KMDI doesn't play along. This means that if a document switch is
caused by KMDI, it won't go into the navigation history. Yet another reason to 
turn off the tabbar. ;)
# "Forward" is no longer available, in an effort to keep the code as simple as 
possible. It's likely to be a lot less used feature than "back".
