Fixes a few bugs with the patch, which added middle mouse button support for
bookmarkbar and kmenu.
Now in addition to the middle mouse button, Ctrl+Left opens bookmarks in
new tabs. The NewTabInFront setting and the shift key is used to detemine
wheter to show the tab in front.
MMB clicks now respect the MMBOpensTab setting, and if so desired
open in new windows.
