Moved the sendVCard() and mergeContacts() methods to kabtools for easier
access of other code parts.

sendVCard() checks now for already existing filenames and doesn't use the
utf8 encoded filename any longer. This issue seems to be fixed by some magic
reason.

mergeContacts() supports the merging of pictures now as well.
