Polish and Bug-fixes
* new foreach macro for ConstIterating over QStringLists easily, use it if you like
* Moved the item event stuff into PlaylistLoader.cpp which is easy due to nature of \
                threadweaver::job. Much tidier.
* PlaylistLoading is 2-pass again, hardly any changes to do this, I did it because: \
it makes playlistLoading seem faster even though it is probably slower, and this will \
keep our users happy. Now if it turns out to be a bad idea I can change it back (4 or \
5 lines of code prolly), but until then lets test it and see, for Qt4 we'll be making \
                our own listView with interview so we'll make damn sure everything's \
                safe and good.
* Made downloaded playlists insert where you drop them.
* Broke directory column, but I plan to remove this before 1.2 anyway (to be replaced \
by the custom column, which is already in CVS, just not very funtional)
