Add support for custom pages in the incidence editors that display an attachment \
inline. If an attachment of the form \
ATTACH;FMTTYPE=text/html;X-CONTENT-DISPOSITION=inline;X-LABEL=Titel:http://reinhold.kainhofer.com/
 is encountered in an incidence, a new tab is added to the incidence editor dialog, \
and the URL is shown there in a read-only part. This will be used to let a groupware \
server provide additional configuration pages for a given incidence.

Problems that are still there:
-) non-html content (e.g. pdf) will only be displayed when you open the dialog a \
second time (not that bad, we'll disable displaying all attachments with content-type \
                other than text/html anyway)
-) Pressing OK in the editor dialog in KOrganizer will cause the attachment to lose \
                the X-.. fields
-) The part is read-only, so clicking on a link won't have any effect whatsoever \
:-((( David, do you have an idea how I can make it start konqueror instead?
