Yes, it's not necessary any more. But David said it's better to keep
-I$(top_src)/libkdepim explicitly in the INCLUDES, because the workaround
to have it in all_includes might be removed in the future... So I removed them 
everywhere, except where files from libkdepim were actually included (by the 
"add the .. directory" I didn't mean that I added entries)

Oh, sorry. Thanks for fixing all the problems!

Now that I'm back from Osnabrueck, I'm currently recompiling kdepim from a 
clean state. If there's anything left that I broke yesterday, I'll find and 
fix it.
