Improvements to Observing List tool:

cosmetic UI fixes:

+ all columns highlighted when line selected 
+ add sort arrow to column headings
+ columns stretch to fill widget

Improvements:

+ multiple selection of objects now possible
+ user log disabled when object named "star" selected.
+ Remove and AltvsTime buttons work on multiple 
  selected objects; other buttons diabled when more 
  than 1 object selected.

Fixes:

+ no more crashes when list made empty
+ Show Declination in degrees, not hours! :)
+ Properly handle multiple objects in list named "star"
  (they are distinguished by their RA/Dec values

TODO:

+ empty sky popup should not have "Add to List"
+ need to display ascii version of genetive name in 
  user log.
