CVS commit by mojo: 

- Add green dotted border around DIV tags in VPL view.
 This will be replaced by a proper surrounding frame and apropriate cursor that \
sugests that we could move or resize it, when one actually can.

- Add two actions in VPL context menu, available when context element is DIV or one \
of its child:  Copy Div Area
 Cut Div Area
I find this extremely useful.
