These header files are actually part of KTTS (the KDE Text-To-Speech=20
service). Gary Cramblitt has already mailed the sysadmins to move KTTS to=20
kdeaccessibility (and some parts of it to kdelibs and kdebase), but=20
unfortunately this move has not been done yet.

kdenonbeta/kttsd/libktts needs to be moved to kdelibs/interfaces/libktts,=20
kdenonbeta/kttsd/app-plugins should be moved to either kdebase or=20
kdeaddons and the rest of kdenonbeta/kttsd needs to be moved to=20
kdeaccessibility/ktts.

It would be nice if the sysadmins could move everything apart from the=20
app-plugins as soon as possible to fix compilation of kdeaccessibility=20
(I'm CCing them). The app-plugins can be moved once the discussion on=20
kde-core-devel is concluded.
