CVS commit by mhowell: 

* Don't assume QValueList::split returns a 2-member list, and thus don't crash \
                (covermanager, fetcher and contextbrowser)
* Handle some more weird cover combinations successfully
* Update contextbrowser if an cover for an artist-less album is updated
* Delete CollectionBrowser databases in the dtor
