I disagree.
We still save the password on a site-base (how else would it work when navigating a site, in general?)
but at least with CVS HEAD you will now have both passwords saved, so if you open
*either* /dirone/ or /dirtwo/ in a given window, you can choose the appropriate 
login/password pair using the combobox in the password popup.

However it doesn't help if you're trying to open both URLs in the same konqueror window.
But is this what you're doing? (And if it is, you can always insert the username in the
URL, like http://user@host/dirtwo).

IMHO the bug is fixed.
