Added a password-strength meter to KPasswordDialog.  The strength rating
is calculated using the same metric as used in Mozilla's master password
dialog:  there's a certain amount of (capped) input to the strength score
from the length of the password, whether it contains upper-case characters,
and whether it contains numbers or other non-word characters.

Various possible improvements involving dictionary checks and the like
have been discussed on kde-core-devel, but it is still useful as-is and
will hopefully encourage users to modify their passwords, if only slightly,
to make them more secure than they would have been.
