Assorted changes:

1. Date, time, and geographical location properties are updated from GPS (Thanks Brian!)
2. Added focuser timeout property.
3. RO sanity check in indidrivermain (Thanks Jeremy!)
4. Added medium focus speed.
5. Added button for OTA update.
6. Added EXPOSE_DURATION property to the context menu.
7. Added JDtoGMST to indicom (Thanks Francois!)
8. Added option to disable automatic display of FITS upon capture.
