Don't worry, I'm sure you didn't do it intentionally, but when you plan to 
replace some code with new one, just telling in advance the original author 
(or in this case the mantainer) of that code is always nicer than finding 
one day by a cvs log mail that your code has been replaced on cvs.

No, I have too much work lately, I'm also doing a course to be high school 
teacher and I've started doing my PhD, but I'll try to get some time on the 
weekend to have a look at it.
