There are several issues with KDE and Extragear branches / CVS freezes.
createPackage tries to provide mechanisms to solve this.
The createPackage code is also much cleaner then cvs2dist and easier
to maintain.
In general: cvs2dist is good for KDE stuff. createPackage should be
useful for the Extragear.
