Ok, at the very end there was progress, although it's depressing how much time is \
spent on what will be abused by adding even more options.

- I refactored away ProxyView and ProxyWidget. This didn't do a thing, although it \
saved code.

- Module reloading finally works. I did d->kcm->show() in slot applicationRemoved()

- Horizontal scrolling do work, but somewhere, perhaps KDialog or a sub class, lock \
the minimum size to the size of the module(you discover this when creatures like \
kcmfontinst rams in a toolbar). Hence, the window can't be smaller than the module's \
minimum size(bug), but scrolling is activated when being larger than minimum size(if \
necessary).

- Discovered: lblBusy doesn't show. No idea why, show() voodoo didn't help this time. \
Regression after the fork&bork. 

- Fixed showing of root message. This is a regression in HEAD, which I haven't \
introduced.

- hostName -> applicationName
