This fixes multiple problems with the freebusy code:

- Add a person to the attendee list and don't touch him. Then the old code
  would never download the FB list. Now, it immediately tries to download
  the list, if the email address provided makes sense
- While editing the attendee name/email lineedit, for every single
  keystroke, an FB download job was fired. Now, a timer has been
  introduced so it's not tried before 5 seconds after the last change
- Related to this: If a download job is already running for an attendee,
  then it will no longer start a new one
