GUI: tweak the layout a wee bit
adjust the wording of some things, especially the WhatsThis
add in an option for show all xin screens
hide/show options depending on multidesktop / xin settings
and... (*drum roll*) KICKER NO LONGER RESTARTS WHEN YOU APPLY TASKBAR
SETTINGS!
