CVS commit by mutz: 

- Take 2 in maintaining a map of QLVI's inside a QLV subclass - quite difficult, it \
                turns out. There will be a take 3.
- Code cleanups:
  o Use GpgME::Key::primaryFingerprint() instead of
    GpgME::Key::subkey(0).GpgME::Subkey::fingerprint().
    The first one is also much faster.
  o use new Kleo::lvi_cast<> instead of messing around with rtti(),
    RTTI and RTTI_MASK ourselves again and again.
