No relation? For me, it is exactly the same thing.
kdbgstream kdDebug(int area) { return kdbgstream(area, KDEBUG_INFO); }
kdbgstream kdFatal(int area) { return kdbgstream("FATAL: ", area,
KDEBUG_FATAL); }
And as kdDebug, it prints it to stderr, so that most of the time, a user will
not see it. So the translation work is simply wasted.
