As you should know (edu.kde.org/kturtle), Logo keywords have the unique property of being translated! Remember that Logo was made for kids, would a French kid aged 7 write: forward 50? No, logically he'll write avance 50. That's what those files are for, to make the changes. This is (partly) why Logo is liked so much by teachers. The program of course also needs the highlight syntaxing to work on different languages as the editor used in KTurtle is a Kate part.
