This commit is an edit to make reading easier and bring out the content(the patch sent to kde-usability \
yesterday). No semantic changes are done: It's meaning and content is not touched. The edit was done with \
having in mind the meta-hig/sanity guidelines: www/areas/usability/hig/src/GUIDELINES

More specifically, this is what I've done:

* Changed capitalized words, removed (multiple) exclamation marks, grammar and spelling corrections; that \
type of cleanups

* Somewhat better structure 

* Tighter markup

* Removed sections which were duplicates and irrelevant

However, there's still much which needs cleanup edits, but it requires rewrites and heavy reorganizations \
-- and that's not my intention. My intentions is to make what we have useful, and build a base for doing \
improvements/extend the guidelines. Specifically, I'm thinking about Windows, Widgets->Systray, Menus, \
and the Relation between Windows and Processes section, which all overlap each other -- a mess. It will \
improve as people start working on the actual content.
