FWIW I think this docbooking is a welcome step and will make it easier to 
update contents. I'm a strong believer in incremental improvements and I 
think small but useful steps like this work better than revolutionary plans 
that start from scratch. The problem with the latter tends to be that people 
involved disappear half way through and that you end up with half-finished 
stuff.
