Dragscroll improvements:
* thumbnail shouldn't drag scroll mainView
* when drag resizing doc:
  - don't drag scroll in response to a drag scroll
  - when user moves mouse, drag scroll before updating resize lines
  - don't depend on signal return value (hack, unreliable) - use bool * arg as alt
  - increase max drag multiplier from 3 to 4
  - force repaint of newly exposed region immediately after QScrollView::scrollBy() to reduce tearing
* eliminate tearing with non-fastUpdate draws (e.g. sel create) and dragScrolling by forcing fastUpdate
