Make click deselecting of selections and creation of text boxes actually usable:
1. Compensate for users who accidently drag a little (<= 6 view manhatten
   pixels and let go of button in 200ms; else accepts it as a real drag)
   instead of clicking.
2. Use minimum size, not minimum preferred size when drag creating text
   box.  Use min pref only for click create.
