Okay, how about this.
You added "NotShowIn=GNOME;" to kpdf. I would expect that the GNOME developers
will add "NotShowIn=KDE;" to gpdf.
Contrary to kpdf, gpdf already updated to xpdf 3.0. This xpdf version has
support for PDF 1.5. So it does make sense to explicitly install gpdf as KDE
user.
