2 Changes:
1) Added a 'digit grouping' feature which the user can toggle on or off using an \
entry in the Settings menu. This feature only affects the display of normal \
integer/decimal numbers not expressed as a power of 10 using the e notation.

2) KCalc's displayed decimal symbol and thousands seperator respect the current \
computer's localized settings that can be changed in KDE Control \
Centre->Accessibility->Country - Region & Language->Money.
