Query GUI Editor
- saved layout (etc.) is loaded in afterSwitchFrom() for
   mode==Kexi::NoViewMode, instead of doing it in the ctor

SQL View
- switching to other views improved: msgbox is displayed for invalid sql
   texts
- Intelligence Built In: we're doing our best to avoid regenerate the same 
   query from almost unchanged sql text :)
