Starting the docs update, aiming a user that know little about CVS.

Add a new introduction chapter: cvs, repository and working folder definitions.
Update the Acessing the Repository section:
- Cervisia does handle pserver login now.
- Cervisia does handle the creation of new repositories now.

Left the rsh section alone: I don't use and I know little about it. If I have the \
time, I will return and check if it is still ok.

Add a Repository... dialog screenshot.
