This patch removes the "old style" VCS plugin access from the appwizard. The fetch feature
can be reimplemented using the Trader for discovery. The repository creation reportedly isn't
working anyway, so I suspect we keep that out for now and later move it into a seperate VCS
repository creation wizard, which makes a lot more sense.

The main reason to do this now is to make way for "plugin profiles" and to do this, 
VCS plugins needs to behave like other plugins.
