CVS commit by metz: 

- Abort save() if passed url is invalid, can save us from a potential crash
- Update metalist() call to work with windows mediaplayer extensions and try the \
                different loading mechanisms in a sane order
- Stop loadPLS() from spewing out errors because we try feeding crap to \
                KSimpleConfig, use QFile instead
